Brodribb Home Incorporated employs approximately 135 staff, most of who are employed on a permanent part-time basis. Whilst the majority of employees are nursing and care staff, significant numbers are also employed in administration, maintenance, diversional therapy, physiotherapy, housekeeping and catering positions.

In 2011 management and staff agreed upon Enterprise Agreements, which ensure all staff, are paid above the relevant award rates of pay. In addition, as a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) Brodribb Home offers all permanent staff the opportunity to salary sacrifice. Approximately $16,000 of an employee’s remuneration may be taken as tax free fringe benefits each year.

Management and staff share a commitment to providing the best services to clients and residents. For this to be achieved employees are encouraged to share ideas and suggestions as we strive to improve the way we work and how we present ourselves to the community at large.
